XK469 is an experimental anticancer compound, a quinoxaline that selectively inhibits topoisomerase II beta. It was tested in early clinical trials in people with advanced solid tumours and was not approved for use.
XK469 is broken down mainly by aldehyde oxidase (AOX1). The gene studies listed, from its early trials, looked at AOX1 variants for its clearance, which varied widely between patients. The findings come from a few studies, and there is no CPIC or DPWG guideline.

PharmGKB weighs all studies of a variant and rates how strong the evidence is, from 1A (strongest) to 4.
