A chip reads roughly 0.02 percent of your genome, so most rare variants are not in your file at all. A result with nothing found is only as good as the coverage behind it, and every carrier result states its own coverage.
Percentiles are ranked against a European-ancestry reference. Where your ancestry sits far from that reference, the percentile is withheld rather than guessed.
A score is a rank in a population, not a probability about you.
You are not charged when you create an account. The price is shown again, in full, before you order. You pay once: the account stays open and the report grows as we add content. There is no subscription and no second charge.

No. You pay once. Your dashboard stays available afterwards at no further charge, including when we re-run your analysis against updated reference data.
You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, using the button in your account settings. Withdraw before your reports are finished and we refund the full amount. If you asked us to start straight away and the analysis has already finished, the withdrawal right has ended - but if anything is wrong with what we delivered, write to support@readyourdna.com and we will put it right or refund you.
Then you have not received what you paid for, and we refund it. Genome files vary more than you would expect, and some do not carry enough of the right markers.

Your file is opened and checked before you are charged. Upload it first. If we cannot find DNA data in it, you are told so on the spot, and nothing has been paid. If the file is accepted and the analysis then fails, you have not received what you paid for, and we refund it.
You need a raw data file you already own. ReadYourDNA does not sell or process saliva kits. Exports from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA and Living DNA all work, as do whole-genome VCF files.
Yes. Each genome gets its own account, at the same price: one purchase covers one account and the genome on it. Write to support@readyourdna.com if that does not fit your situation.
