Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the oxicam family, related to piroxicam and meloxicam but cleared much faster. It blocks the COX enzymes that make prostaglandins and is used for pain after surgery, back pain and arthritis. It is sold as Xefo and other names in Europe and Asia, but not in the US.
Lornoxicam is broken down almost entirely by the liver enzyme CYP2C9. People with reduced-function versions such as *3, and the *13 version found in East Asian populations, clear it more slowly and keep higher levels. CPIC has published a guideline on CYP2C9 and the NSAIDs, including lornoxicam, and all the studies on this page concern CYP2C9.
Clinical guidelines that name a gene for Lornoxicam. They sort people into groups by the gene copies they carry.

PharmGKB weighs all studies of a variant and rates how strong the evidence is, from 1A (strongest) to 4.
